Challenges Faced In Countering Cyber Crimes: A Critical Study

ABSTRACT

The facilities that we are using these days through the internet have been accompanied with certain drawbacks. As the usage of technology is increasing we are getting trapped by many unknown and unexpected dangers which can get fatal without any warning given to us. Cybercrimes are a new face to crime with unknown aspects. This article covers the various kinds of cyber crimes and the challenges which need to be addressed and faced. This article is an attempt to address the changes that need to be done in the present legislation and the system to counter this new face of crime.
