ABSTRACT
Copyright enforcement in India is a legal and productive issue and is a complex one involving a number of institutional, social and economic factors. This study examines the main barriers and legal frameworks faced by copyright owners in India. Explore the complex relationships between the legal system and macroeconomic concepts. This research focuses on three areas: organizational resource constraints; social and economic factors of copyright protection.
The research revealed complex regulatory processes and limited legal knowledge; inadequate technical infrastructure; and major challenges, including conflicts between incentives for innovation and public interest concerns. The key findings underscore the innovation-promoting effect of India's economic policies, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the analysis suggests a balance between access to affordable basic goods and protection of public interests in the Indian copyright system. The role of institutions in improving patent enforcement in the innovation sector in India; This study emphasizes the need for comprehensive reforms to address problems related to legal knowledge and policy framework.
