Child Pornography: A Nuisance

Akash Kundu, Christ (Deemed to be) University

ABSTRACT

Child pornography is not a new term. It gives way to prostitution through young children by tricking their childish souls. It is the mental and physical pain the child goes through, which becomes a dark memory for the rest of his life. A child raised this way can have some long-term psychological problems. Therefore, strict standards should be in place to deter and frighten criminals before committing such an act. Such a person should also be blacklisted and ostracized by the company. The Indian justice system is giving way and imposing severe penalties on the cases discussed in the document. The document also outlines the definition and content of profanity. It also highlights the long-term effects on a child's future. Finally what standards can be implemented to prevent such a bad behavior.
