ABSTRACT


Purpose: to analyse the aspect of communication of acceptance with respect to judicial pronouncements


Research implications: This paper will present views of different researchers on the topic and analyse different modes of acceptance and the rules governing it.


Statement of problem: there is a lack of clarity of the importance to have an absolute communication and if the communication of acceptance is through post (postal services)
