Comparative Study Of Fundamental Rights Of India And USA

ABSTRACT

Fundamental rights are a necessity in the present world and every individual has his rights through which his life becomes easier. The fundamental right of an individual can be defined as the rights which are provided to an individual by the constitution. In this paper, the discussion of the fundamental right of people in two countries, i.e. – India and the United States of America will be discussed. There will be a discussion regarding how both countries understand the need of the people of the country and also makes sure that there are proper laws enforced in the country. There will be a discussion regarding the similarities of fundamental rights in India and the United States of America. There will also be a discussion regarding the difference between the few rights in the two countries. The major purpose of the paper is to understand the differences in the two major democracies of the world.
