ABSTRACT


This paper explores the contemporary challenges to human rights by focusing on key thematic areas such as violations in conflict zones, refugee rights, labor rights, artificial intelligence (AI) and its ethical implications, LGBTQ+ workplace rights, freedom of expression on social media, and women’s reproductive rights. Through empirical data and analysis, this research aims to highlight the global scale of these issues and propose potential frameworks for addressing them effectively. The challenges discussed are grounded in a world perspective to emphasize how violations transcend borders and necessitate coordinated global responses while also providing recommendations to solve the challenges.
