ABSTRACT


The medical and pharmaceutical industry is no stranger to corporate crimes, with instances ranging from fraudulent marketing practices to regulatory violations and unethical clinical trials. This abstract provides a comprehensive overview of these corporate crimes, highlighting their pervasive nature and far-reaching implications. Through an analysis of historical examples and recent case studies, this research uncovers the various types of corporate crimes prevalent in the industry, shedding light on the factors contributing to their occurrence.
