Critical Analysis Of Efficiency Of UPI In India With Specific Reference To Public And Private Sector Banks

ABSTRACT

The research paper focuses on the influence of technological advancements in the banking sector over society and how these changes have altered the way transactions take place nationally. The survey conducted as a part of this study contains a dataset of 50 survey participants and aims at acquiring insights regarding the information and awareness the survey sample has about the functioning and usage of UPI and therefore, better analyse the working of UPI with respect to various private and public sector banks.
