Critical Analysis Of Preventive Measures Of Women Trafficking

ABSTRACT

Human trafficking is one of the million dollar crime in which the victims are targeted for doing the slavery, forced labor, for entertainment purpose, for organ trafficking and so on. Human trafficking is done by the criminals or the large scale organizations who conducts such a illegal activities for their personal gain or the financial gain. It is the process of trapping the person for doing the unlawful activity. Human trafficking is regarded as the crime against the humanity. Sex trafficking is one of the common crime which is conducted under the ambit of the human trafficking. Mostly women and girls are targeted for the sex trafficking and for the entertainment purposes. Women’s trafficking affects the people of every caste, race, religion and place of birth. Women’s trafficking results in causing serious damage to the mental health and physical health of women.

If we talk about women trafficking it is considered as one of the serious crimes in almost every country, because it is faced by every country. Women who fall under the trap of trafficking are deprived of their basic human rights. Women are treated as slave, violence is committed against them and they are deprived from their right to freedom. Although there the laws which deals with the human trafficking, but still there is a need of improvement. In this paper various reasons for women trafficking will be discussed. Various articles, research papers and data were taken into consideration while working on this paper. This society has a dream of change and this becomes the duty of every individual to make this world a safe place for a human being to live. In this paper the deep analysis of the women trafficking issue will be done with an aim of spreading the awareness regarding this serious issue and help the society in the best possible way.
