Arunadhita, Maharashtra National Law University Aurangabad (MNLUA)

ABSTRACT

This research delves into the emerging domain of cyber jurisprudence, centering on a comparative analysis of global and Indian viewpoints about cybercrimes. The legal systems that deal with cyber risks and crimes need to change as these concerns become more common. The study looks at how cyber laws have evolved, how well current legal defenses work to stop cybercrimes, and what obstacles the legal systems in India and internationally must overcome. The study intends to enhance the legal response to cybercrimes in India and throughout the world by highlighting best practices, identifying gaps, and proposing reforms through a comparative comparison.
