ABSTRACT

Human rights are the fundamental freedoms and rights to which every individual is entitled, regardless of background or social status. He was a real visionary who helped this concept spread around the world and led to the legal recognition of rights. Human rights advocates are still motivated by him today. Some people may view him exclusively as a champion of Dalits' rights rather than human rights in general. These rights ensure that everyone has equal opportunities and protections in society. In the context of India, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar played a crucial role in advocating for human rights, particularly for marginalized communities. But he wanted to do justice to every person who was the victim of any injustice irrespective of caste, sex, religion, place, linguistic, etc. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's vision of human rights is rooted in the principles of equality, justice, and dignity for all individuals, regardless of their caste or gender. His tireless efforts to eradicate caste-based discrimination have left an indelible mark on India's social fabric. This abstract offers a glimpse into Dr. Ambedkar's distinctive viewpoint on human rights, emphasizing significant elements like his adamant opposition to caste-based discrimination, support for education as a fundamental right, and recognition of the critical role played by women's rights in achieving social justice. His persistent efforts are still felt today as a road toward a more equal and just society, serving as a ray of hope for those who are oppressed and marginalized. In this paper, we will discuss Dr. Ambedkar’s vision for upholding the Human Rights and Dignity of every citizen and how we can use his philosophies to fulfill the vision of a Developed India in 2047 by focusing on lowering discrimination among various spectrums of people in India.
