ABSTRACT

Firstly, in regard to the background of this Article on “Emerging Legal issues in an AI-driven India” one will come to know, what are all the legal drawbacks or outcomes faced in India due to this technological development known as Artificial Intelligence.

In recent times people are mostly dependent on mechanism. Technology has made the life speedy and simple. This technology is unknowingly used by people almost all the time in their day-to-day life. It includes everything, right from the kitchen appliances used daily, to the computers, machines, etc.

One such kind of technology which has now tremendously developed and is still developing rapidly is Artificial Intelligence. Thus, as the title itself suggests, this article is based on the how it has impacted legally in every aspect of its application. The article would mainly emphasis on the legal drawback of AI on the data ethics, data privacy, etc. and on the area pertaining to an issue on imposition of liability on occurrence of any loss or damage due to the usage of AI as this act of imposing liability on the wrong doer comes within the judicial domain, thus is the another legal issue discussed herein.
