ABSTRACT


The world is becoming wider and wider in thoughts rather than being orthodox and conservative in ideologies. For example, LGBTQ community are struggling for their recognition of rights especially as a family. Before that there is an essential to study upon the definition of the term Family. The word “Family” is itself undergoing changes in the modern times of the twenty-first century. In this research, the researcher will conduct a study on the definitions of Family and its transformations, which are happening right now across the globe. Through Qualitative content analysis, the development and transformation of the term Family will be studied, which is happening all over the world, in detail in this research. This research paper will be based on an inter-disciplinary approach of Sociology and along with the flavour of Law; highlighting on the parts of polyamorous relations.
