ABSTRACT

Forensic science has become an indispensable tool in modern legal systems, aiding in criminal investigations and ensuring justice. The intersection of forensic science and law provides a robust mechanism for evidence collection, analysis, and presentation in courts. This paper examines the theoretical framework of forensic science, its applications in legal proceedings, and the issues involved in its implementation. The study further explores challenges such as admissibility of forensic evidence, reliability of forensic techniques, and ethical concerns. By analyzing landmark cases and legal precedents, the paper highlights forensic science's contributions and limitations in the judicial system. It also provides suggestions to enhance forensic practices for more reliable and accurate legal outcomes.
