Firstly, this article goes on to explain the multiple scenarios wherein this syndrome can be perceived followed by how it can destroy the essence of our remarkable Constitution. Following this, the article further explains how the prevalence of this syndrome can curb the overall development of the Judiciary in the country by losing the faith of the people in the system. The loss of faith is a direct consequence of biases and prejudices in the court’s verdict. It states how common people have conceded to this evil by adopting corrupt practices. Lastly, it gives certain remedies that have been undertaken or can be undertaken to help tackle the syndrome. The aim of this article is to reiterate the policies of our constitution and to abide by them.
