Global Peace And Justice: Challenges, Action And The Way Forward

Sakchie Saluja, Amity Law School, Noida

ABSTRACT

Encourage inclusive and peaceful societies for sustainable development, ensure everyone has access to justice, and create inclusive institutions at all levels.

The execution of multilateral environmental accords and advancement toward globally accepted global environmental goals are supported by strengthened institutions, the rule of law, and enforcement.

For successful conflict prevention, post-conflict rehabilitation, and promoting peaceful and inclusive communities, a more profound knowledge of the connections between the environment and human security is essential. Every democratic society needs compassion and a solid moral compass. Persecution, injustice, and abuse continue to be widespread and are pulling at the foundation of society. Robust institutions, universal justice standards, and a dedication to world peace must all be present.

Sustainable development continues to be seriously threatened by conflict, instability, inadequate institutions, and restricted access to justice. The court and police are two of the organizations that are most impacted by corruption. The connection between law and development is strong and mutually reinforcing, making it crucial for national and global sustainable development.

The hundreds of wars between nations that have occurred throughout history at various levels and at all times are documented in history. Thus, we discovered that maintaining peace was crucial to ending these conflicts or perhaps averting some of them. In reality, if you examine all religious texts and rituals, you will see that they all promote peace. They primarily support preventing conflict and upholding peace. In other words, they all enforce a holy promise of peace.
