Habitual Offenders: The Causes And Consequences

ABSTRACT


Habitual offenders and the offences accomplished by them are so grave. They are the offenders for whom doing the offences has evolved as a habit. In our country, there are only measly laws to put an end to the Habitual offenders. Even though there were laws, they are not been properly implemented. In this article, the author emphasizes, the point of the causes and the measures to be implemented. Apart from this author familiarises with the statistical digits of the habitual offender over these years.
