CHAPTER 01

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND CONSTITUTIONAL LAW ABSTRACT

This article focuses on the existing gaps and obstacles, the human rights conceptions that have been influenced, and the legal and human rights concerns that are being researched and addressed in relation to artificial intelligence (AI). Lack of contest-ability, lack of legal personality, intellectual property, unfairness, bias, and discrimination, as well as cybersecurity weaknesses, algorithmic transparency, detrimental effects on employees, privacy and data protection, culpability for harm, and a lack of accountability, are among the issues. The term “vulnerability” is used in this article to direct approaches to risk and impact reduction and to gather information about significant areas of concern. The end goal is to protect human health. This study advances the topic, which is critical considering the negative repercussions of AI technology on vulnerable persons and groups, as well as their human rights. Despite acknowledging the good work that has already been done in the field of artificial intelligence regulation and recognizing that this topic requires continual assessment and adjustment, this study broadens the debate. This is significant since the legal application of AI has proven fruitful.

Keywords: artificial intelligence, constitution, cybersecurity, privacy.
