Is The Supreme Court’s Ruling On Bar Dancers’ Unsatisfactory?

ABSTRACT


There is a big question before us that whether Supreme Court has banned Dance bars or not. To understand this we must understand what are dance bars? Dance bar refer to dancers which women perform the dance for the entertainment of males in return of cash , which this female receives. This is usually considered as unethical in the society. Initially these bar dancers were present in Maharashtra and later this spread to across the country.
