ABSTRACT

The high function of judiciary at some point of the ground is to assist keep peace through their decisions, that is fantastic safety price because it prevents criminal violence. The simple characteristic of judiciary is to provide an explanation for the existing laws and apply it to the correct cases. Judges must provide justice with utmost criminal eminence independent outlook and rational attitude. There are not any unique laws to be had to lessen honour killing, by way of the use of current laws to the suitable instances of honour killing in numerous cases judges gives fair and unbiased justice to the victim and tries to overcome troubles of inter-caste marriages The role of the judiciary is that to render the justice individuals who suffered in justice from the country or non-public person. Judiciary is the device inside the hands of the state to punish the offenders and render the justice, in punishing the offenders and determining the instances. The apex court those who determined guilty inside the harassment, threats, commits homicide inside the name of honour and violence in opposition to younger ladies and men the judiciary punishes them.
