Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied: An Analysis

ABSTRACT:

Delay in Justice is one of the most pressing issues facing the world today. Statistic2 shows that on an around there are 4.7 crore cases that are pending in the Indian courts. This article will briefly introduce the concept of justice, focusing on the factors responsible for delayed justice in India. It will further elaborate the repercussions of Delayed Justice and in the end the paper will conclude with suitable suggestions to address the problems of delayed justice.
