Juvenile Justice System In India, US And UK

ABSTRACT

Juvenile Justice System has evolved in India and has been adopted by many countries. In a developing country like India this kind of system is necessary so that, children can grow in a clean society. This concept of Juvenile Justice System is derived from Juvenile delinquency. This paper contains comparative study of Juvenile Justice System in India and other countries like UK, US. This Juvenile System is designed and implemented for the protection of children. The Juvenile Justice Act of 1986 was passed by the parliament in order to protect, care for and develop them.
