ABSTRACT

The legal research landscape has undergone a significant transformation with the advent of digital technologies, reshaping how legal professionals access, analyze, and apply legal information. This paper examines the advantages of digital legal research, including enhanced efficiency, greater accessibility, and improved accuracy, while also addressing challenges such as data privacy concerns, the reliability of online sources, and the potential for algorithmic bias. By embracing emerging technologies, legal professionals can harness the power of digital tools to streamline research, improve case strategy, and adapt to an increasingly data- driven legal environment. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating digital advancements into legal research practices, ensuring that legal professionals remain at the forefront of this evolving landscape.
