Literature Analysis On Environmental Regulations In India

ABSTRACT

In India, the regulations on Environment started from 1970s there were many rules and regulations enacted by the government. There were many conferences held for the protection of environment, as to bring the wildlife and nature to a well-established way. There are many acts to prevent the pollution and make the environment safe we have been discussed briefly in this article. There are various midway supported and focal area plans embraced for Contamination Decrease. The primary goals of these plans are to guarantee contamination decrease through various means, for example, evaluation and monitoring of air and water quality, presentation of cleaner advances for asset preservation, establishment of Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) in a collection of limited scope units, innovative work, lab upgradation, and so on. The major reason for the damage caused to the environment is due to the public population and technological development. In this research paper we can know about the acts which were passed by the government and Ministry of Environment to the development on the environment. This study also depicts the importance of environmental policies in India. We can know about how the regulations which are passed by the constitution in view of conserving the nature. This paper gives certain recommendation which can be used for further development to the protection of environment.
