Live In Relationship Facet Of Right To Life And Personal Liberty: Judicial Contribution

Introduction:


Right to life and personal liberty guaranteed under Indian constitution. Life is usual phenomenon for every citizen but life expected to constitution is very different form from usual. While living life citizen must have liberty, to live life in as expected to desires and aspirations of individuals. Marriage is a sacred institution in the development of civilization. The concept of marriage has undergone drastic changes and still it is changing. The concept of live in relationship is a major setback to marriage institution. Live in relationship is a concept under which unmarried male and female are living together without any relationship between them. It is not necessary to bound by wedlock but they can enjoy all matrimonial rights over each other but it will not be bound by husband wife relationship. Live in relationship provides an opportunity to life bondage free life and each partner can live life without expatiations and almost freedom to enjoy life. Supreme Court of India also interpreted live in relationship in more liberal way and interpreted it as a facet of right to life and personal liberty.
