Gender Discrimination can be understood as the biases towards one gender against another. Discrimination based on gender is a topic that has never left its relevance in society because of its deep roots in history. Putting this in a more straightforward form, the issue this article will be dealing with is reverse sexism. This article also focuses on examining the Legal framework in the Constitution of India dealing with this issue and specifying the consequences faced by men in various domains such as unemployment, healthcare, etc and the availability of remedies in the legal system for their protection.

Keywords: Discrimination, Harassment, Suicide, Stereotype, Empowerment.
