Menace Of Open Dumping Of Bio-Medical Waste

ABSTRACT:


The most expected thing/word that is ruling the early morning “Sight” or “Newspaper” is none other than scattered, heaped, dumped etc............WASTE! It has become compulsory and unavoidable routine view of outside.


On the other hand, report may be either of the open dumping of the municipal waste or Bio-medical waste in the newspapers now and then. Generally waste means unwanted, unused, useless, rubbish, domestic waste, left over and so on. Open Dumping of these wastes is again just throwing out or pouring out of untreated wastes which are commonly visible to anybody on the road side, vacant sites and bushy places.


Eventually, the ultimate question could be raised that, what would be the effect of such openly dumped wastes on the health and the environment? And the world stands by to agree that waste is inevitable! Further, it’s a million-dollar question that how to strike balance between the waste generation and waste management? Finally, how to attain sustainable management plan to resolve this problem? This erratic unresolved problem is faced by the whole world without an ultimate solution. But every problem has a solution and that is what is to be derived at because of the nature of the waste that is mentioned now and then which is infectious and hazardous.
