ABSTRACT

The widespread adoption of artificial intelligence technologies has revolutionized how we live, work, and interact with the world around us. This comprehensive study explores the complex legal and ethical landscape that emerges when AI becomes deeply embedded in our daily routines. By examining contemporary regulatory challenges, moral dilemmas, and practical applications, this research highlights critical intersections between AI deployment and fundamental human rights, data privacy, algorithmic fairness, and social well-being. Our investigation uncovers significant disconnects between rapid technological progress and slower-moving legal adaptations, emphasizing the pressing need for flexible yet comprehensive regulatory frameworks that foster innovation while protecting individual freedoms and societal values. The findings reveal that although AI technologies deliver remarkable benefits in terms of efficiency and user experience, they simultaneously create novel challenges for personal privacy, individual agency, equitable treatment, and democratic institutions. This paper concludes with actionable recommendations for developing responsive regulatory strategies that can evolve alongside technological advancements while preserving essential human dignity and democratic principles.
