ABSTRACT


We all heard of NFTs and blockchain, but we never fully understood them. Everyone has questions related to NFTs. The sole purpose of this manuscript is to make everyone understand the basics of NFT and its working. NFTS has gained massive popularity since 2017. The manuscript briefly discusses the key terms related to NFT. The manuscript introduces the readers to the issues regarding NFTs and the legal view of NFT in a descriptive approach. The manuscript aims to give a total understanding of the working and the smart contracts in an NFT. The first part of the manuscript describes the introduction and the meaning of NFT. The second part of the manuscript introduces the readers to the working and the issues arising in the NFT ecosystem. The last part of the manuscript concludes the basics discussed in the first part.
