Keshvam Punj & Smriti Sian, Manav Rachna University

ABSTRACT

Cyberterrorism is a developing danger that might have catastrophic effects on people, businesses, and even nations as a whole. As a result, it's necessary to take precautions against cyberterrorism in order to reduce the danger of cyberattacks and their possible consequences. This paper examines some of the key preventive measures that can be taken against cyberterrorism, including the adoption of stringent cybersecurity safeguards including using strong passwords, two-factor authentication, anti-virus software, firewalls, and routine software upgrades. Regular security audits and risk assessments can help find vulnerabilities and fix them before hackers can exploit them.
