ABSTRACT


The purpose of this research paper is to examine public law wrongs in India and Supreme Court landmark decisions and learn the distinction between public and private wrongs. The article discusses the state's liability in India for public wrongs. The researcher used Doctrinal research methodology in this research paper, as the secondary data available in reports and published sources on various websites is used in the present research paper. The reference material used in the research will be primarily secondary. This research paper aims to comprehend the concept of public law wrongs. The purpose of this paper is to explain the landmark judgments of public law wrongs in India. The article analyzes various decisions made and derives the importance of Public law in society, and suggests possible ways to improve the public law applied in the present day.
