ABSTRACT
Sound serves as a natural life element because it plays a vital role in communication processes and celebration events as well as other daily activities. People describe noise pollution as unwanted excessive noise which directly produces severe threats toward human health and environmental condition. High levels of noise exposure primarily target populated urban zones because of the effects of urbanization and industrialization activities. National authorities together with local representatives have implemented legal entities which specify the highest permitted noise levels for residential, commercial and sensitive areas. Additional guidance on noise pollution regulation enforcement emerged through legal court decisions that both determine disputes and establish penalties along with allowing compensation for affected residents. The study evaluates current authorized approaches used to combat noise pollution through examinations of their protective measures against harmful noise effects. The analysis focuses on active strategies for better regulatory enforcement and policy development to safeguard environmental wellness and public health through enhanced compliance initiatives.
