ABSTRACT

In an era marked by rapid technological advancement, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the judiciary represents a paradigm shift in modern legal systems. This research explores how AI, with its capacity for complex data analysis and predictive modeling, fundamentally transforms judicial processes. By enhancing decision-making accuracy and efficiency, AI not only streamlines case management and legal research but also introduces novel methods in judicial decision support and sentencing predictions. However, this transformation is not without challenges; ethical considerations surrounding algorithmic bias and privacy implications necessitate careful navigation. Drawing on diverse case studies and global perspectives, this article examines the multifaceted impact of AI on legal proceedings, highlighting its potential to democratize access to justice while critically assessing the regulatory frameworks essential for its responsible deployment. Ultimately, this study illuminates the path toward a future where human expertise collaborates synergistically with AI, ushering in a new era of equitable and efficient judicial practices.
