Rights Of An Unpaid Seller

ABSTRACT


There are times where the buyer/ customer does not pay the price deliberately or due to negligence or some other reasons. There are also circumstances where the buyer becomes insolvent or does not pay the amount after he receives the goods. But what is the seller supposed to do in such situations? This article speaks about the rights of an unpaid seller in various situations and how the same can be enforced by him.
