The 2019 Amendment to this Act aimed to deal with this crisis. This paper significantly analyzes the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019. It examines the Act`s ability effect on decreasing street injuries in India.

The assessment looks at harsher license usage regulations, more severe penalties for visitors who break the law, and an emphasis on enhanced street safety measures. The Act's emphasis on digitization for processes like license issuance and fines is also taken into consideration in this study. It talks on the benefits of ability, such as increased performance, combined with concerns about state authority.

This significant analysis aims to provide a fair analysis of the 2019 Amendment. It balances the potential for enhanced roadway safety against potential downsides and inadvertent outcomes.
