ABSTRACT


Juvenile offenders after leaving observation homes they are taken to Special homes (According to section 48 of Juvenile Act, State government establishes special homes in every district), which provide transformative spaces that formed to rehabilitate and guide them to become productive member and contribute to the society. These Special homes are essential in providing the water of life for juvenile’s bright future that includes vocational training, therapeutic interventions to manage emotional turmoil, educational development, and sports activities to enhance their physical well-being. Educational development and therapeutic training provide young people with necessary skills, emotional strength, and the tools they need to escape the cycle of delinquency. This research is all about figuring out whether the essential resources and programs are reliably available in aftercare organizations? It also aims to identify gaps in the current system, highlighting areas that need improvement and exploring creative solutions that can really empower young people. Additionally, the study investigates how well education systems in care homes prepare these juveniles for reintegration into society. By Steering research forward, we take real-life case studies to provide a broad spectrum of perspectives, offering valuable legal insights and recommendations. These conversations shed lights on the hurdles and needs of the current provisions. By providing key resources and opportunities these Juveniles can act as a keystone in the countries evolution and inspire a path of education, growth, and development among their generation’s Kin. Ultimately, this research seeks to empower juvenile offenders, shifting gears to achieve self-sufficiency, financial independence, and a positive haven of harmony in the society. The core vision is to steer toward a solution that parks juvenile delinquency forever by addressing its principal causes and planting seeds of unity where every youngster is guided, empowered, and equipped them to reach their immense capacity.
