ABSTRACT


This study analyzes the crucial job of the Indian legal executive in maintaining the respectability and soundness of the Indian government structure through systems like legal audit, activism, and the counteraction of impropriety. By dissecting milestone cases and protected standards, the paper investigates how the legal executive goes about as a defense against the breakdown of the government framework. Key areas of center incorporate the harmony among government and state drives, the security of central freedoms, and the upkeep of sacred governing rules. Through a far reaching assessment, this study plans to reveal insight into the proactive measures embraced by the Indian legal executive to protect the government texture of the country.
