ABSTRACT
The accelerated advancement of technology and the expansion of the digital space have significantly reshaped the landscape of human interaction, social participation, and access to information. While these revolution have provided women with unprecedented opportunities for empowerment and self-expression, they have also exposed them to unique risks related to privacy, security, and freedom. This article explores the evolving challenges women face in the digital realm and presents a detailed examination of the measures needed to safeguard their rights. Specifically, it focuses on the three critical areas of privacy, security, and freedom. By reviewing the current threats such as cyber stalking, online harassment, data privacy violations, and digital surveillance, the article emphasizes the importance of proactive legal frameworks, robust digital literacy programs, and the role of advocacy groups in addressing these concerns. Ultimately, the paper seeks to provide a comprehensive overview of how women’s rights in the digital space can be protected, advocating for policies that ensure an equitable, safe, and empowering online environment for all.
