Sexual Assault: Is It A Crime Of Gender

ABSTRACT


Humans are the most important or we can say the basic part in the development of society. Without humans, whether it is women or men, no life is possible. It is the human being who set their standard of living and hence form a society accordingly. But in this advanced society, some somethings make our society and living standards in threat or fear. Sexual assault or sexual harassment is one of those things. Sexual assault is one of the things which is occurring in the whole world and making the world devastated. It is the crime that does not see any gender, whether it is male, female, transgender everyone is becoming a sufferer of sexual assault. In this article we will look at the reasons for sexual assault, why does it happen, the reason for the increase of sexual harassment, some real-life stories, provision and laws, and its impact on society.
