Sharada Walker Murder Case And Police Findings And Its Relevancy In The Indian Evidence Act

ABSTRACT

This article usually endorses the fact of the said case and what were the police findings and what were the evidences traced from the confession made by the accused what should be the factors taken into consideration while evaluating those evidences as per the rules prescribed by the Indian evidence act This article drawn up and clears up the concept relating to the concept of confession, circumstantial evidence, Doctrine of res gestae evolves the relationship between this case and the evidence discovered and brings out the applicability of this section.

When circumstantial evidence can be a base for conviction of the accused and many cases has been referred to make the concept in this article more crystal clear the complexity of the evidences. The article does not speaks about the forensics part in this case on which this article is silent but its greater the one pillar of the criminal justice system that is the evidential value of the articles recovered from the crime scenes
