ABSTRACT


This comprehensive review explores the symbiotic relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, goodwill, and share value in Tata Group companies. Examining literature, legal provisions, and CSR endeavours of Tata subsidiaries, the study emphasizes the multifaceted impact on societal well-being and financial success. The analysis extends to specific CSR initiatives by Tata Motors, Tata Coffee, and Tata Steel. The study concludes that Tata Group's commitment to CSR enhances its reputation, stakeholder trust, and societal benefits, positively influencing share value and financial performance.
