The Commercial Courts Act, 2015: A Step Toward Speedy Justice Or Cosmetic Reform?

ABSTRACT


Commercial courts act 2015 was brought as a forward-thinking law it created special courts just for business-related cases allowed for faster decisions set up organized case hearings and in some cases required parties to try mediate prior to filing a case the aim was to make the legal process quicker and smoother for businesses and to fix the usual delays in India's court system this study looks into whether the act has truly helped in solving business disputes quickly and affordably or if it's just a change on paper without much real impact it also looks at the legal base of the act and how it has evolved over time.
