ABSTRACT
We as humans have seen a lot of growth in every sphere of life be it the way we communicate , we travel ,we speak or even how we engage ourselves with the various day to days activities humans are social creatures and we cannot live without each other for survival it is very important that we communicate with each other for that purpose there is always a need of any medium through which can basically communicate and how we exchange goods and commodities. When it comes to the exchange of goods and commodities money had always played a crucial role it had worked as the medium of exchange in the ancient time money was not, they’re as a medium of exchange stones, metals and other things were used as a medium of exchange. After that when money became the medium of exchange the world transformed into a global market and that led to the start of the rat race between all the nations to conquer the global market which led to the significant growth of global market competition and a developed system of exchange but still there was a need to develop set of laws and regulations which protect the both consumer and the seller both in the domestic and in the global market for that various competition laws and antitrust laws were developed which took the market in the global leap .In India the policy makers relied upon the competition laws which developed in a step based manner and for the problems are also given at the end so that a practical approach can be looked and solution for the probable problem are found out and suggestions can be thus implemented in the real life scenarios which will eventually help in the growth of competition laws in India which are that efficient that they match the global level of development and competition which are prevalent in the global market thus setting up the global standard for growth and development in the country thus paving the way to global success of Indian business ideas trade and practices.
