ABSTRACT
The media is an important aspect of today’s life as it shapes people's thoughts, beliefs, and opinions and is an important source of knowledge through which people can gain various information. Print and internet media have become more important as technology has improved, making freedom of the press even more important. People worldwide are more aware of social, political, and economic events. The way that the media spreads knowledge leads to positive thoughts and feelings. The rise of electronic media, heavy coverage by the media, and also different media channels along with various criminal cases, have changed the way news is reported. These changes have impacted many accused, witnesses, Judges, Advocates, and other administrators in the judicial system. Everyone in this Country has the right to know and on the other hand, media plays their role for the people to speak the information. As things stand, the current legal system uses judicial remedies like changing the site of the trial, throwing it out, and so on to lessen the impact of news coverage before the trial. So, it could be said that all of these other options are secondary and might be too much work, which could lead to new problems.
