ABSTRACT

This article brings into light the problem caused by such false advertisement and is explained with various examples focusing on particular sectors. The repercussions of misleading advertisements on human health can not be ignored. It violates consumer rights as well as basic human rights. So, negative impact of false advertisement on human lives being the title of this article provides an in- depth analysis on human right violation committed by manufacturers against the innocent consumers.
