ABSTRACT


Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the country's economic development by contributing to employment, innovation, and industrial growth. Many MSMEs lack awareness of and access to legal mechanisms that protect their intellectual property, particularly trademarks. This research paper delves into the delay in trademark registration, how the process delay can be reduced, what changes should be adopted, and a comparative analysis of laws relating to trademarks in India and the United Kingdom.
