127th Amendment Bill :A “General” Bill

ABSTRACT


Have we ever wondered that the people who belongs to other backward class faced a lot of hardship and this is one of the most urgent and unfortunate hardships India has gone through, despite 74 years of independence from India and from the clutches of torture , discrimination and forced slavery by the British? A bill was passed related to this. This is known as 127th amendment bill. The OBC bill, 2021 or the 127th amendment bill 2021 is passed in august 21 that aims to give the authority and power to create OBC list where they originally belonged: in hands of state and territories of the union.

This research paper summarizes the changes envisaged in the OBC 2021 Act Coverage for amending certain principles of the Constitution, such as: Article 338b Article 342A and Article 366 (26C) of the Constitution of India, 1949. This research paper provides a critical

Analysis of the possible positive and negative effects of this 127th amendment bill which is latently passed.
