Access To Justice In India: A Myth Or Reality

INTRODUCTION


Long ago, we had a tryst with destiny, and the time has come to redeem our pledge, not entirely or entirely, but substantially; at the stroke of midnight, when the rest of the world sleeps, India will awaken to life and liberty,” the statement continued. According to some estimates, transitions between epochs, the end of an epoch, and the re-emergence of a nation’s suppressed soul are all examples of rare historical occurrences that occur only once every few thousand years or so. The ambition of our generation’s greatest man has always been to wipe away every tear from every person’s eyes. However, as long as there are tears and pain, our work will not be completed.


The term ‘Justice’ originated and1 was derived from the Latin term ‘jus’, i.e., Law. An element that in common adherence of recognized values and standards binds and reflects the members of society together as one while India, a country with 1.3 billion people2 who connote and propagate the philosophy of ‘Unity in Diversity’, resulting in a protagonist with their mutual affairs and existence.
