ABSTRACT:


This research proposal seeks to examine the legal ramifications of AI- enhanced cyberattacks, with a focus on the impact of AI on cyber threats, challenges in attribution, adequacy of current cybersecurity regulations, and the formulation of recommendations for legal reforms and ethical guidelines. The study will utilize a mixed-methods approach, encompassing a literature review, data collection, case studies, and legal analysis. The proposal outlines the chapters, which include AI in cyberattacks, legal challenges in attribution, regulatory frameworks, ethical and privacy concerns, AI in cyber defense, international perspectives, and case studies. The conclusion will provide a summary of the key findings and underscore the necessity for proactive legal measures and international collaboration to address the evolving landscape of AI-enhanced cyber threats.


The study will adopt a mixed-methods approach, incorporating a thorough literature review, data collection, case studies, and legal analysis to provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The research will be structured into several chapters, each addressing specific aspects of the legal implications of AI-enhanced cyberattacks. The research will culminate in a comprehensive conclusion that synthesizes the key findings and underscores the imperative for proactive legal measures and international cooperation to effectively combat the evolving landscape of AI-enhanced cyber threats. The conclusion will also propose recommendations for legal reforms and ethical guidelines to address the legal implications of AI-enhanced cyberattacks.
