Aira Priyadarshan Sharma, BA LLB (H), Amity Law School, Noida, Amity University

ABSTRACT

The goal of the research paper "Analysis of Implementation of National Green Tribunal Act, 2010" is to examine the nature and motivation behind the National Green Tribunal's creation. The National Green Tribunal essentially serves as a special court for cases involving environmental issues and legal regulations.

This essay's subject touches on both the curriculum and the National Green Tribunal's operations in greater detail. I choose this topic in order to study more material that is now available through case studies and research as well as for the aforementioned reasons.

In this research-based paper, I intend to use the following research techniques: secondary research by consulting readily available sources such as books, research papers, articles from newspapers, and journals; case studies and case law to support the cases in favour of the National Green Tribunal's authority and duties; and primary research by interviewing experts in the field.

This study assists in demonstrating the necessity for these special courts and tribunals, defending their constitutionality, and outlining other particular problems for which such courts might be established in the future.
